I can't figure out ROM - help!

hi I bought ROM a few months ago when it was on sale and really thought I would enjoy the magical aspects of it but I just dont get it - It seems like learning to be a witch/wizard will take weeks of ...

@foxybilly If you are struggling to remember what you've done in each game session, maybe you could write down what you did in a notebook or in a Word document when you have exited the game?
