I Can't Find Tile ... SOLVED!

The other day I was renovating an outdoor area and I found a tile which I'n not noticed before. It was grass with stones in it. I cannot find it anywhere.
Can anyone point me in the right direction, I've looked everywhere.
I know it's there somewhere, as I placed a whole area with them then changed my mind, now I've changed it back again 🙄
