Like the title said, I don't want to move from here to the new forums. I like AHQ the way it is... I know this is only my opinion and the higher-ups already decided, but I don't know, I don't like the new EA forums...If you don't know what I'm talking about, today when I opened AHQ, a yellow pop-up appeared with a msg saying that AHQ will move to new forums soon.

@GiardiniDiMarzo I'm with you on that. I still have loads of problems posting on the new forums and keep giving up on it.The avatars on all posts flicker which is a big problem for me as I can't deal with flickering. It also kicks me out several times while trying to post and it often mistakenly tells me I've exceeded my posting limit. Plus, a posting limit is a massive problem for helpers like us as we respond to so many players.I even got a new tablet hoping it would improve but I use android and it just seems to hate it.I don't want to take anything away from the amount of work that's gone into it though and it looks really good. I just get technical issues everytime I use it and I personally think it needs more time to iron those out.

@simsplayer818 I always enjoy reading your posts as well. So, hopefully even though you may post less, you'll decide to stick around.@GiardiniDiMarzo Personal care should always come first. There's a lot of improvements that could and should be made with the new EA Forums. It's going to take some time getting used to. Hopefully you'll change your mind and not quit using the forums altogether.

@LegacySims2017 Thanks, I certainly do want to keep using the forums and I hope it's improved by then. I've no doubt they'll be working on these things and that they want it to be a great forum. It does look really good.I think it might involve some asking help from more regular posters too when running into problems. If there's one thing I know about the community, it's that everyone is ready to help.A couple of problems that I had originally are already fixed so hopefully that's a good sign of things moving forward 🤞.

I did not see a yellow pop up. But it is very hard to use the new forum. I do try my best though

I'm still trying to navigate the slightly new forums as well. Sort of getting the hang of it. After using the old Sims forums, transitioning to a new EA forums was and still is a struggle. Time and patience is the key, I guess.
I never got the yellow popup either but would be a shame if they changed these ones at Answers HQ. I came here when the old Sims forums was getting ready to shut down. I got used to and happy with the format it's at. I need time to get used to the new EA Forums first!!! Then these can change to that format. 😃

@GiardiniDiMarzo I totally understand what you mean. I've been pondering that myself as I'm having a pain flare up and it's so much extra typing when I keep losing everything and having to start again and I can only hold a phone at the moment...but it hates my phone. It's the reason I put it on the back burner. So I've really had to think about it these last few days. It takes absolutely ages to make a post on there at the moment. I can't even add links or photos and I do that a lot but I get an error message.
The conclusion I've arrived at is just that I may post much less on there as it just may not be physically possible to do more and not put too much pressure on myself.

I hope we still see you there for what it's worth, you would be missed. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't have bought Werewolves! 🐺
