Ah, that is good news that they are back to original relationship! In trying to do that, it can be best to just wait for the moodlets to be over, and/or work on that by Calming Down In The Mirror for Anger, Hide Under The Covers for Embarrassment, or use the menu interactions on the other Sim to do a Smooth Recovery, etc, that are meant for the alleviating the emotions. They're easy to spot as they have the same color as the emotion on their little icons. It's also hard to work on getting the relationship back in the green if they are Uncomfortable or Tense, so one can work on that. When they're back to a more positive moodlet, the interactions so much more smoothly and increase the bars more quickly. If you want them to do something that will last a while, you can select Cloud- or Stargazing if you have Outdoor Retreat. It builds Friendship slowly, but will last around a Sim half hour.
If you need to get Angry, the Lion Animal Hat will do it. These hats came with TS4 Digital Deluxe Upgrade. It is offered free from time to time if you don't have this content. You just click Plan Outfit on a dresser or mirror and go into CAS. If a household Sim is Hotheaded and/or gets randomly angry for other reasons, you can have them cook Flaming Hot Spaghetti, and have the other Sim eat it. If all else fails, just pick a random Sim walking by the house and do some Mean interactions until you Declare Enemy, and that should do it as well. Then you won't mess up your important relationships.
I forgotten about how to relieve their tension or embarrassment. So thanks for reminding about it! Luckily my couple is happy again! So they can be in love again, and not being upset with each other anymore. I think it took a few in-game days for them to be able to be friendly again then build up their romance again. I don't have any packs or expansions. But that sounds nice, maybe I'll get it some day
Ohhh, I never heard of the Lion Animal Hat nor any other clothing item being able to give sims specific emotions! But I don't have that upgrade D: So I don't think I have it at all. Yet I didn't know angry sims could make flaming hot food to prank/be mean to other sims! I was only doing it for some art work lol!
Yet, sadly, Henry (the artist of the household) is a good sim so being so cruel would make him uncomfortable. He's very sensitive with some mischievous or mean joking around that some of his kids did to him made him a bit sad from the "evilness". So I don't think he could stand fighting with another sim whether it be family or a stranger sim. All I wanted for him to get emotional for an emotional painting, yet he didn't, but his wife did. So she had painted an emotional painting. I'm just not sure how to get his moods to change so I can get him to paint all kinds of emotional paintings.
But thank you so much for the lovely comment!
You're quite welcome. :) Ah, yes, if he's a Good Sim, Evil Sims will make him Sad. It is from their Evil Trait rather than interactions, as far as I know. Does he have an Evil child, lol? But now that you have the Angry Emotion painting, if you need him to get Angry, put the painting on display in a room, and click on it to Enable Angry Aura. He should get Angry if there aren't too many other nice decor objects around, or other emotions override it. If you need help with any other Emotions, I might know some tricks....
Lol, no evil traited sims in the family yet. But he gets bummed from a mean or mischievous interaction. It bums him a bit, the little box says he got sad from "evilness". But it's not the full on mood to be able to paint. He has a few that'll pull mischievous interactions on him sometimes. Lol. But true, I could make him admire it and have that give him emotion  And since I mended the relationship, now this post is for advice on getting Henry to be emotional to make all kinds of emotional art. Cause I wanna see all the paintings! So I look forward to more help!
Oh, interesting, I had forgotten that Mean/Mischievous interaction did that to a Good Sim as well as the Evil Trait. Good to know.
I think the easiest way to get Sad (I think I saw you need that one yet) is to let the Social Need go way down by having him not do any interactions with anyone for a time. It'll take awhile, especially if he is a Loner. Here again, other moods do override, but if you notice anyone being Mean, quick, run over there, haha, all that should do the trick. If a loved one dies, even an acquaintance, that will do it, too, unless the devs tuned that back for acquaintances recently. If he's been painting awhile, Inspiration or Confidence may override Sadness so maybe wait to paint until he is actually Sad. If there are a lot of decor objects in his painting area, they can make him Happy, so you might temporarily store them in the Household Inventory.
Yeah I think I had them be mischievous before so they will interact that way on their own sometimes. So, I'm glad I could help you out with that tho
Yeah, that's a good idea. I can trap him in a room alone too! Hehehehe and take out all the things so he can't do anything but wait it out. He isn't a loner, I can't remember all his traits but I don't think he has cheerful as one of them. And he is very high level. The patron of art or something like that now. (I went with that promotion to get the cozy bed eventually :3). So his high confidence has been annoying cause it's hard to get him to feel anything else XD. It's weird to say that confidence is an annoyance XD Cause I'd love to be very confident daily. And hiding the belongings is good cause he can't see them and get happy. I think I mentioned a sim's death in one of my posts recently. Nancy Landgrab I think that's her last name had died at the night club from being elderly I think. I didn't know them at all. But she fell over. And I stole her urn XDD so her family doesn't have it XD And Idk why but my sims want to go to her urn and cry for her.
Thanks for the help!
