I Need to Buy 59 Packs Or Risk Corrupting My Save?

I went back to another one of my Save As saves to recover the lost Charity Event trophy just won. While I was attempting to do a recover save, I got a list of all the packs required to play this save...

When that happen to me i had to go true a full reinstall it was around 2004 but in my case it was the whole game that got corrupted
