Yep loading ads is an issue, and also you have no control on what gets in the game if you sell add space you will see all the quality adds from the web and broken code and hacking etc. Also you have to ensure the player does watch the ads so you can ask money from the companies, needs an observer function etc. etc.
So add spaces no. But simlish ads why not. Only there is so much better stuff you can make with the time than simlish ads that get repetitive fast anyway.
They did it already thou buy adding branded stuff packs or items.
