I dont care if you buy the pack or not. But most of the stuff you mentioned is also included in this pack. Mermaids, Sunburn, Jet Skis, boats, Ocean Swimming, Diving/Snorkeling. Lifeguards and there will be so many new build buy objects. Plus things i cant recall right now.
