If it was a vacation world, I would be a bit disappointed, though not a complete dealbreaker. However as a residential world, hotels don't make sense here. Sulani is no more a vacation-like destination than Windenburg, San Myshuno, Del Sol Valley or most worlds really. Just because it is tropical, doesn't make it a vacation, going anywhere can be! If anything I'm glad hotels aren't in this pack - whilst I would LOVE them for other vacation worlds, it doesn't make sense here and we would loose something else if we had them, so I'm glad they're not taking the place of another feature.
