I agree that Del Sol Valley needs more including a beach residential area, more starter homes and a middle class. I've fixed the house without the toilets but yes there were some weird design choices. A lot of houses were released really empty which is something I can fix but some of them have weird uses of space. I would actually have more mansions as well. I'm playing with more actors and notice this.
I actually think we could get more beachy worlds generally. I like the Polynesian theme but beach worlds are really popular in multiple places.
StrangerVille should have a few more lots including the ability to edit the downtown at least when you are done with the main story.
