Just a disclaimer up front, this home is not inhabited by nobles or royals nor is it a castle or really even a palace, despite the name, but it's extravagant in many ways. It's got four above-ground stories and two basement levels, with several special rooms.
The entire lower basement level is a beach/fishing space/mermaid grotto
Just wow, that's grand! It would take me a life time to fill all those rooms, as I love details and clutter with a backstory and often a purpose. My little castle feels like a students accommodation compared to your Kempton Court Palace. You also got some good ideas for themed rooms, although I won't build that massively, I could add an Observatory, I'll check if it will be possible adding one more tower. And an old basement Lab could be cool, although the royal family never was into science so I'm not sure how it will get useful. Thinking, thinking :)
