Immediate pregnancy announcement

No, this has never happened to me. Couldn't perhaps your sim be pregnant already before THE woohoo?

i remember the base game woowho, "try for a baby" with the chance of getting pregnant and the pregnancy usually happens right after such a woowho, then you head to the toilet and take a test to confirm.

even if you don't it won't take long before "throw up" shows when clicking a toilet with that sim which is usually a dead giveaway to a pregnancy.

Yep. I haven't had them announce without the test but they started needing to throw up immediately so it was obvious. Also if the home has ley line the chance of twins moodlet shows up immediately too

The Chance of twins moodlet shows up even if they didn't get pregnant though.

Oh does it? I haven't had that happen yet haha! I didn't know it could. Every time the pregnancy failed that's how i've known.
