Immortal Potion

Question

Hi all! Quick question? I had my sim make the immortal potion. When she ended up drinking it. It temporarily turned her into a ghost for 24 hours. Is this a sign of the potion failing? Or is she still immortal after drinking it? Thanks for any responses :D
