I don’t see it that way. Horses are going to need a big world, plus they added other animals, and nectar making. I think it does justify making an EP out of it. I would have hated to get too small a world with this pack.
Are you saying a bigger world equals EP prices? Because you got three things, horses, some baby animals that are objects not actual personalities that require an add on pack to actually milk or whatever, and nectar making. Go way back to the beginning of TS4 when they released GTW, and GT, EPs that broaden gameplay for the base and expand the gameplay in dozens of different ways. This pack doesn't do that.
