In lot type in the Gallery, I don’t see Rental
I thought rental was considered a lot type, but when I click on lot type there is no rental under it. Is this normal, and I just click on residential, or is there supposed to be a rental lot type?

You can download any residential. After having it in your lot, go to build mode, left top corner, click the house icon and change the lot type to rental. I think that's the only way. Lots aren't classified as rentals in the gallery.
