Island Living interests me far more than the idea of University. I never really played Island Paradise/mermaids in Sims 3 (my system couldn't handle the lag) so I'm excited about getting to play mermaids for the first time in the Sims franchise. And the island looks gorgeous.
While I'm sure University will be a great addition, for me personally, Island Living and then Magic is exciting to look forward to, and I have no complaints about the order of the upcoming DLC.
