Thanks :) These Toddlers are on the Gallery on the official Maxis account. These are seen mainly in Trailers and Maxis uploaded them for everyone to use and share. That's how I got them in the save file since I feel like everything Maxis deserves to be in game.

Good idea :) Annie is from the Toddler Goals household on the gallery but they don't have a adult when checked just letting you know. So in my saves I gave them a adult so I can add them to my save. The household is perfect for playdates. 5 different toddlers in 1 household. You can choose what Adult they should have. It's like someone is adopting them.
That's why I added some toddlers to premade families I still have... like Ollie borned to Spencer-Kims.. Pancakes had twin girls and so.. they will be playmates to my playables 🙃
