I like to say I’m allergic to children (at least that’s what I told my mom). 😂 Still, I occasionally play Sims families with infants. The problem? These parents are wildly neglectful. I’ve had infants crawling across town like they’re training for a marathon while mom and dad vanish into thin air. One parent even tossed their toddler outside in the middle of winter, went back in the house, and acted like that was just fine—hello, CPS?
My Sim parents will sometimes allow the infant to sit in a dirty diaper, even when I queue them up to take care of it. I have discovered the few times this happens to just save and shut down the game. I don't know the mechanics of it, but generally, the parents are totally with it, on top of it, and change the wee kid's messy pants.
