Interior door as front door?

Question

I built a walkup-type apartment.  Is there any way to make my Sim's apartment door the front door, or to make the actual front door just a regular door?  Sims are standing at the foyer door and ringing the bell and I want them to just come in.

In addition to the other two comments.....If you have other "apartments" in the building you could lock those to "household only" or "everybody" that way your guests don't roam around and make messes everywhere

Clicking on the door itself should give an option to set it as the front door.Edit: I assume you're talking about Sims 4, even though we don't have actual doorbells to ring.

What @VeeDub said, set the apartment door as the front door. Also make sure the foyer door is completely unlocked.

The exterior door is currently set as the front door, but there is no option to set the interior door as the front door.

I've set the locks to keep roommates out. (TS4 did apartments dirty.)
