INTRODUCING NEIGHBORHOOD STORIES - Bringing New Life to the Neighborhood

Ah! One question popped in my mind!

What happens to the played sims. I see that most of the things are started by the player, but those job promotions and getting engaged, will they do it too?

Well, one counterargument for my thought would be that people either play with aging off, on, or only for the active household, thus that thing can be turned on in saves where everyone ages...
But what about those who only let non-played sims age and only the active household ages along them?

Anyway, just a random thought...
