Just for fun, here's my top 10 list:
All in all, once again I expected nothing and am still extremely dissappointed.

1. Sims autonomously cook constantly
2. All fires autonomously put out instantly by literally everyone
3. The "Check toddler" apocalypse with multiple caregivers
4. NAP "Foodies unite" white cake apocalypse
5. NPC sims can't be interracted with in certain situations because they refuse to put the umbrella away
6. NAP "Self-Suffieciency" de-stressing concoction - grill apocalypse
7. Specters don't spawn on paranormal gigs after a certain point
8. Apartment doors missing unless walls are toggled on/off
9. Toddlers do not finish their food
10. Toddlers will ask caregivers to carry them if they are sitting on something, and the caregivers will put them down next to the chair, instead of carrying them to the destination (this one is sneaky and infuriating that will waste multiple hours of sim time when you're focusing on other sims)
