The EP, itself, is due to be released on November 16, 2018. I don't know when the Patch will drop. Best thing you can do is go onto Origin and disable the automatic update for your GAME. Then once we know the Patch is ready, you can go into your Documents folder and remove your Mods folder, then go into Origin and update your game. I wish I knew how long we have to play before this Patch drops. I don't.
