Inventory interactions not working?

Something seems to of changed with the Inventory of my Sims. There is an option to Favorite or Sell, but the navigation wheel that was there before if I wanted to send a mineral to the Geo Council I cant find. I also cant drag and drop the items out of a Sims inventory box now either? :/

Edit: I went to Manage Worlds and Re-entered and seems to of fixed it for now. Not sure what did to get stuck in that option though.
