I finally managed to start my game.
It might have been random, but I chose App repair in the Win menu, then said yes to clear cache. Later I restarted my computer, then ran the App before doing anything else, it was slow. I then updated the game, and could even enter offline mode like I do, before starting the game. Game runs like normal.
