I don't remember. Did the Sims games have a neutral bathroom? I've seen the girl/boy doors, but I can't remember if there is one with neither? I thought there was a blank door somewhere?
Lol, I would love one of those fantasy-themed ones with the mermaids, pirates, centaurs, fairies, etc. The mermaid one would have been appropriate for Island Living and the fairy/dragon/centaur ones for Realm of Magic (or a fantasy/fairy pack or something). Here's an example of a fantasy one:
