Is anyone else having trouble with the new ea app?

i tried to reinstall the sims 4, but keep getting this error Message. "There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong with your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again." i keep t...

@GalacticGal I think I had to make sure 2 was on Origin and then when I upgraded to app it appeared along with 4. As I said only 3 is being a huge pain in the xxx.
