Is Anyone Else Plagued By Sims That Zip About From One Place to Another? UPDATE Pictures~

By zip, I mean they show up in one spot and suddenly they are back on the staircase landing, where they started. I just had one of my Sims extend his arms off to the side, as if to give a very awkward...
