Is Anyone Else Plagued By Sims That Zip About From One Place to Another? UPDATE Pictures~

By zip, I mean they show up in one spot and suddenly they are back on the staircase landing, where they started. I just had one of my Sims extend his arms off to the side, as if to give a very awkward...

Same issues in my game, terrible routing problems. Sims are zipping into places, sort of teleporting, also getting stuck all over the place but the worst of all is being stuck on separate floors. Sim just stays at the top of stairs until you move camera onto them.
Desperately need a patch for this.
