Is anyone else still unable to downloaded their kits

Of course right after I type this, after having waited this whole time. And it being months since having tried to fix this b4, and already having done the patch earlier. It finally downloads, once I try to cancel the frozen download. Smh.

Glad it finally loaded for you. Suffer me to say, the EA App is probably going to have it's share of problems, just like Origin. One would think we would all be immune to that by now, but, we do all hope for the best when something new is offered.

Yeah honestly I was just so confused. At least one of those kits was gotten before I switched apps and it didn't install. Then I switched apps thinking it had. Like new content used to be automatic installed. Even if you didn't update to a patch, your content would be. Or you could go click it. Like if something was wrong with your game. But if you did update the game, it would automatically download your new packs.

It had been so long since I tried installing Pastel Pop, and I'd patched since, that I thought it would be in-game. Then I get to my game and I says I own content but it's not downloaded. I'm honestly scared for the actual infants patch, and the new packs that come with that.

I tried to buy the Kits, but the EA app can't verify my credit card ... that has never happened before on Origin.
