Is for rent ok to play now? ( I'm worried about corruptet saves )

I've tried searching for answers and it seems like maybe the corrupted saves are fixed now? But I've seen a lot of maintance bugs with tennants. I just worry loosing my save and would appreciate is a...

I'm not sure, though I have heard that there's a glitch with them where people haven't been receiving their rent as a property owner, and objects staying in the world after transitioning between a residential rental and any other lot, especially during a festival.

I'd recommend holding off until further confirmation, though xD
