Is for rent ok to play now? ( I'm worried about corruptet saves )

I've tried searching for answers and it seems like maybe the corrupted saves are fixed now? But I've seen a lot of maintance bugs with tennants. I just worry loosing my save and would appreciate is anyone knows or have a fix :)
