Is it ok to punch the stuffed animals?

Only if you give it a hug after!

Kids do form relationships with them, though...but yeah, punch them all you want.

The child will grow up a Villain; or worse, 'troll teh forum' every chance it gets!

Honestly,if I see a sim in my game stomping over towards one of the stuffed animals I instantly get ready to shift-click-delete them. Seeing a sim beat up something that while inanimate but can still have a friendship bar with sims disturbs me. It basically can't defend itself and it kinda triggers me.

They’re built for it. There are healthier ways of blowing off steam, though.

I mean honestly it’s a better form of emotional expression rather than hitting an actual person (or rather, a sim lol). Can children and toddlers hit them too? I imagine that would be good for developing their emotional control if you have parenthood

@permanentrose Nah, it lowers empathy. Yes, toddlers and children can both hit them.

@babajayne I guess since they are somewhat sentient and can have a relationship built with them, that makes sense. I might need to rethink my answer. It seems like stuffed animals may be on a similar sentience level as a baby, also an object you can form a relationship with o.O
