Is it OK to upload a build based on a real life structure, such as the Amityville Horror House?

I began building by using RL houses I lived in. Now that we have platforms, I may try the floorplan that two of my friends growing up shared. To explain, they lived in tract housing across the street from each other's tracts. They were obviously an extension of each other, as the floorplans were the same. Odd that the similarities weren't strictly in the floorplans choses by each household.
