Is It Worth It? (Seasons)

Now that I've been playing for almost a couple of weeks, I can say it's worth it and then some. Today I finally experienced how weather changes per world -- it was raining in Newcrest, but then GeekCon popped up so I sent my Sims to San Myshuno for the festival and they were having a heat wave! I love the little "surprise" holidays that don't show up on the calendar as well -- had Lottery Day and New Skill Day. The Scouting badges are a lot more fun than I expected and ties in well with Parenthood as well. Gardening is a lot more challenging but that's balanced by fewer evolution steps to Perfect. It's added so much to my game play that I'm back to spending hours on the game till my husband complains it's his turn on the computer. :o
