Does your graphics card have the latest drivers (check geforce's site to make sure)?
Have you made sure your graphic card settings are set correctly?
Is your Operating System up to date?
Does your game have the most recent update?
Have you tried lowering the graphics settings in the game to see if it helps reduce lag?
Have you tried both Windowed and Full Screen modes to see if it makes a difference?
There has to be something I'm sure that can be done, because before my Geforce GTX 1060 I got a year ago, I was running San Myshuno on an ancient Geforce 560 that ran the game low settings with no lag. Your graphics card is not much older than the 1060 I have now, so I'm not sure why your game is doing this, but I'm sad it is, and I hope we can help you fix it!
