Is Sims 4 Spa Day worth it?
Spa Day is the only pack for Sims 4 I haven't purchased (I'm not sure why). I noticed it's on sale right now, but the only thing that immediately makes me want to get it is the hair to be honest. Othe...

...i'm amazed that nobody has mentioned my favorite item(s) from this pack. the first two aquariums the game got (and 3 new types of 'pretty' fish to put in them). i know we got a marine aquarium with dine out and a new aquarium with cats and dogs, but the ones from spa day are still my go-to. virtually every house i have has one (and absolutely every vampire one does, they're so, so, so handy for vampire snacks) and more than a few public lots have them as well
and, as others have brought up, there are some great decor items for various things in here. some work quite well partnered with the asian stuff from city living. and don't forget the build mode stuff, the floors and walls. all kinds of goodies in this pack. pretty much everything i build winds up with one or two things from it (even excluding the aquariums). and a fair few sims use cas assets, too. and not just for their workout outfits
also, you don't have to put the saunas or yoga stuff in just spas and gyms (though i have turned the city living gym into a spa with some workout equipment still, and the get to work gym has also has a sauna and yoga classes in my game). the willow creek park has yoga classes taught beneath the oak trees near the fishing pond, and there are a few meditation stools set up nearby. works like a charm and seems quite pleasant, too.
as for the wellness skill itself, quite a few of my sims have it. some specifically to unlock the superfruit salad you can learn from it (though they mostly seem to shy away from the cake you also learn), but mostly for the non-vampires, it's used as a way to travel vast distances in a short time. at max skill, your sim learns to teleport. they can teleport anywhere on the lot they're in (including all the outside stuff you can visit from it without a loading screen, whether it's the fishing areas outside willow creek's starter neighborhood or the food stalls in san myshuno). and, if i recall, they can even use it to teleport to the hidden lots in willow creek and oasis springs if they've visited them before (i remember putting meditation stools in both locations for that, but it's been a long, long while since i had sims try to go there this way)
