Is taking a nap as effective as sleeping?
So is napping for a certain amount of time just as 'effective' at helping your energy level as sleeping (on the same bed, to remove item traits from the equation)? I get the impression sleeping works...

I use napping strategically because of the energized buff Sims get when they wake up. Otherwise, there doesn't seem to be a point. So why are you napping on the porch instead of sleeping in your bed you silly Sim?!
