Is taking a nap as effective as sleeping?
So is napping for a certain amount of time just as 'effective' at helping your energy level as sleeping (on the same bed, to remove item traits from the equation)? I get the impression sleeping works...

It's been my experience that naps are more likely during the day. They tend to sleep if it's nighttime and they're sleepy.
