Is taking a nap as effective as sleeping?
So is napping for a certain amount of time just as 'effective' at helping your energy level as sleeping (on the same bed, to remove item traits from the equation)? I get the impression sleeping works...

tired sims still prefer to nap instead of sleep. if i catch them napping i usually make them go to actual sleep.
