Is the Martial Arts skill returning?
I was under the assumption the martial arts skill was returning to this scene in the trailer, but somebody pointed out it could just be animations tied to that object and it simply raises the fitness ...

Out of the past GPs Dine Out is the only one that didn't come with a new skill. Since Strangerville has a new concept it's hard to guess if there will be a skill. The pack has a big world, new career and a story. For career use the skill would likely need to be a 10 level skill. Gardener career came with its own skill but that's an EP career. Based on this I'm thinking it's probably just a new workout equipment with no separate skill. But it depends on how big focus the military career has (compared to the story).
