Is the Martial Arts skill returning?
I was under the assumption the martial arts skill was returning to this scene in the trailer, but somebody pointed out it could just be animations tied to that object and it simply raises the fitness ...

Well I'm going to assume it only contributes to the fitness skill instead of a separate martial arts or sparring skill. Also might be necessary as training for the military career which normally doesn't involve martial arts, just overall fitness. A martial arts skill made sense in Sims 3 with it's connection to Shang Simla and the martial arts academy but I don't see any relevance for the Strangerville mystery.
