I kinda feel like they have, and for a game targeted to children/teens there isn’t a lot for those groups to do (all of the fun things are for adults) no fun things to do for the younger sims to do apart from void critters. I know if I was 12 or 15 I’d want to play as someone my age, and honestly teens in this game are so underwhelming, and kids don’t have enough to do... So if it’s for kids why can’t sims their age have more to do and if the sims is for adults why can’t it be more adult. (I don’t want it rated M but I kinda wish the game was a little more like sims 2 and 3... Those games actually felt teen rated)
I’d honestly love worlds like Sims 2 and 3, they had drama and personality, I love how some of the worlds look but I know nothing about their sims they have no story outside their house it’s obvious that they didn’t put as much time in world building, I want lore, drama, I want to know about my sims.
I’m not saying I don’t have fun playing sims 4 I love playing but I want more. Things past games had, bio’s for every sim, favorite colors, plus new things, I do want the old things to have a sims 4 twist though.
