Is the Toddler Stuff pack good [RESOLVED]

I've been thinking about this pack today as I typically play families (I can't stand it when played households become empty because the sims have all passed away). Is the pack a good choice? I'm mostly interested in the interactive options like the slide, because there isn't much variety for toddlers to do in the base game nor even with the other packs I own.

  • I like it and use it most all the time. I am a family player as well and love Toddlers in this game. The play dates are, well, could be much better and I was not to impressed.
  • I always thought toddlers are a little neglected, so it's good to see a pack for them. I bought it on sale. I recommend waiting for discount.
  • Thanks everyone for your thoughts. I bought it but I don't know how to close the poll. Still, hopefully the post will help others in the future too.

Top tip: You can read to multiple toddlers (or kids) at once.
i love this i found it out when my sim was divotced ad not only read to the kids he had custody of but his daughter who was visiting.
  • I love this stuff pack, because of the playground items. I love to add the toddlers & childrens play parks in the world and send the families to spend the whole day in there. The slide is great to buy at home, because it's small enough to fit even on small yards and using it make toddlers gain movement skill fast.
I also love the clothes and other items. There are cute toddler hair styles that are actually made for toddlers. I dislike the fact that they don't make toddler hair styles anymore. I hate using adult hair styles on toddlers, because they often look like there's a lot of hair spray involved and some of the styles are teased and blowdried. I don't want my Sim toddlers to look like little adults, they're supposed to be cute & innocent little children.
The only thing I haven't done many times are play dates because my toddlers in the game don't usually know many other toddlers yet, they may have one friend and it's not enough.
  • If you like toddlers and toddler things, it can be a nice addition. It's not a hugely robust pack, but what's there is pretty good. The toddler "play date" event where you can have other toddlers and their parents over the play with yours is worth it alone in my opinion--if you like to play with families and toddlers, and if you get it on sale. (You do have to meet the toddlers first tho, to be able to invite them, which can be kind of tricky since toddlers don't really show up anywhere. If you're not opposed to mods, I recommend getting the "more visitors" mod that lets designate more of specific types of sims to show up on certain public lots, so you can have a "toddler friendly" park or something where your toddler can make some friends)

i use the toddler pack and a few items we already had for sleepovers. yes toddlers can have sleep overs. i take the ball pit slide thing and the camp blow up toddler matress and do it that way. cause i freak out when toddlers cross streets on their own i use manage world to get them in the house i want.
  • For those of you interested, it is on sale in Amazon US $6.99:
    Limited-time deal: The Sims 4 - Toddler Stuff https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075RLVVGN/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_dl_TX8QC7WFJN5SYQRV6KQH?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
  • It a good pack since it's the only toddler focused one and toddler items are lacking without it (even with all the expansions). But I'd say get it on sale.
