Is there a cheat for turning inactive sims to a sage?

Hi, I made my own duplicated spell caster. I've never activated him and he doesn't own a house. I want to make my duplicated sim to the untamed sage, not my spell caster. And then I'm planning to move...

Yeah I learned that cheat code is..

sims.add_buff buff_MagicSage_Untamed

But looks like it's for the active household members when the sim is selected.
I guess there might be a cheat code with sim's id something blah blah..;D
I googled everywhere but haven't found it yet :(
