Is there a cure for sims unhappy with their homes?

If you have the Eco Lifestyle EP any item that runs on electricity or needs water, such as tubs, showers, sinks, etc, will impact your bills. Those items have a usage rating attached to them. The more you use those items, the higher your utility bill will be. Unchecking that will stop the game from applying the usage to the utilities portion of your weekly bills.
