Is there a way to delete the objects around Deadgrass Isle?

Really liked the little island with the lighthouse so I moved the museum elsewhere and built a house for my story but some of the objects around like the bathroom and crates bother me. Anyone know if ...

Ohh that must be why. I wish there was a way to move it elsewhere haha
