Is there a way to disable the celebrity level for newly generated townie sim?

Hi, My sim is in the hottest spot waiting for the acolade award but I noticed many unlisted celebrity sims were gathering there. I want to delete their all celebrity level and clicked on that sim hold...

You may want to disable that in your options in your game. One I ticked that I wasn't getting anymore generated celebrity townies because I got like five of them. I honestly just deleted the ones that generated and left the ones already in game plus a few others of mine as they were. Don't think it will drop below notable newcomer.
