Is there any way to stop kleptomaniacs stealing from your retail store?

It's getting kinda annoying when I have to keep replacing the same objects over and over. Quite often I don't even realise something's gone, or I don't know what was taken because this is a large buil...

It's funny, cause when I was playing as a klepto, I wanted to go shoplifting...and couldn't. So, when playing as a kleptomaniac you're options are very limited and on't include anything set for sale in a retail store, but the NPC kleptos can steal from the store you're running. Hmmm.... :|
