My way to deal with it now is: I have the reward trait where my sims can see all the traits of the person just by meeting them. So I welcome the customer and when they have the kleptomaniac trait, I ask them to leave. That kind of works, and they do leave. But the annoying thing is, that I have to stop my sales action. It slows everything down so much.
