I'm not a fan of "supernatural" things like aliens or vampires. I'm very glad that for TS4 they made it a separate download so I don't have to have vampires. And I liked it in TS3 that they made it so that you could turn off the ones you didn't like (but still have the interesting clothing and objects that come with such packs.)
I'm not really sure how to turn them off, but I can say that I wish I knew how to turn them on! I've had two abductions and only one pregnancy since they were introduced despite trying very hard to introduce alien DNA into my legacy(s). I hope you find out how to turn them off! I even tried making my founder join the Science career and got her all the way to level 10. Went to Sixam and still...no abductions! I even went to the Alien night at the bar.

Shortly after they were introduced they were “tuned down” to almost non-existence. There’s a satellite dish that can be placed on residential lots to avoid abductions if you don’t want them but people didn’t want to use it. Instead they complained until it was basically removed. I have had the game since 2015 and only ever had 3 abductions 1 resulting in male pregnancy. Even though I frequently use triggers to try and set off abduction.
yes I know but it does brake sometimes I know because it broke before but they do need to add a toggle for the people who
want it in game like you and the people who don't like op its not fair that the people want it should have to try to hard
or for the people who don't want it to have try and keep them away and we all know they can add a toggle
