Is this new? Career related aspiration

Question

Two of my less played characters were auto assigned aspirations. One was given the painter aspiration with the reward trait over achiever and the other is chef aspiration with the same reward trait. One was definitely assigned this aspiration as a teen. Is this new? I have all the packs but I don't recall seeing this previously and I don't have the option to pick these aspirations on my own.

These are aspirations from the tutorial. They sometimes show up on random or inactive sims.
